An app where people recommend the experts they know, such as a plumber, a hairdresser or an accountant, and where you can write to an expert. Every member can see recommendations, not only friends. For an expert that neither you nor a friend recommended, you see short names, like “Marko K.”, and no phone number, unless they are your friend or you already have their number.

A recommendation is one person’s view of an expert they know. We do not check experts or their work. Any work you arrange with an expert is between you and them.

Your account is your phone number: we send a code to it, and the code signs you in. One phone number has one account. tojeto is not for people under 16.

• Your recommendations are your own view. Recommend people whose work you know and say what they really do. When the app suggests phrases for your note, you choose whether to use them and can change them before you save.
• Do not pass on the phone numbers you see in the app to anyone outside it.
• Be fair to the people you write about and write to: no lies about anyone, no insults, no threats, no advertising and no spam.
• Use the app as it is meant to be used: do not look up numbers to collect them, do not use the app through scripts or other programs, and do not pretend to be someone else.

If you would rather not hear from someone, block them from their page or in a conversation. Until you unblock them, you are not friends, what they write no longer reaches you and you cannot write to them. They are not told, and unblocking does not bring the friendship back.

If a person, a recommendation or a conversation breaks these terms, report it in the app. Our support team reviews every report within 24 hours. It can remove a recommendation or a profile photo, and it can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].

You can end your account at any time. In the app, open Profile › Settings, tap Delete account and type your number: it happens at once. Or email [email protected] from any address with the phone number you use for tojeto, and we delete the account within 30 days. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

What you write is yours, and you are responsible for it. By saving it in the app, you let us show it to the people our privacy policy describes, for as long as it is in the app.

We provide the app as it is and cannot promise it will always work. We are not responsible for the work or prices of the experts you find through it. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not let us limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

The date at the top changes when this page does. If we change something that matters for how you use the app, we tell you in the app or by a message before it applies. If you do not agree, you can end your account.

Croatian law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protections of the country where you live.
